All payments will be processed immediately and will be withdrawn from your account in 1-4 business days. 



Applies to all EU purchases. All products sold on HAAS Amsterdam are subject to a 6 month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. 

T‍he claim has to be submitted within reasonable time, which is considered 1 month after you have noted the defect. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us by email at haasamsterdam@hotmail.com.

In your claim please include your order number, photos of the claim area, description of the claim and if applicable, description of how the fault occurred. 

We will do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible. 

Any dispute between the business and the customer is subject to EU law. 


In the EU customs union, a required sales tax is already included in the price. HAAS Amsterdam cannot be held responsible for orders that are subject to any additional taxes, fees or duties outside of EU customs union. All additional taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the client. 

Customers will be required to pay local customs duties and taxes on delivery. All import and customs fees including any charges on order returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by HAAS Amsterdam. 



We make every effort to update our site on a daily basis and only display items that are currently in stock, however there may be instances where incorrect product availability can occur. If you have ordered an item that for some reason is not available or delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

If we are unable to contact you or don't hear back within 5 working days, we will cancel the order.
